WhatsApp In-App Support Feature For Users To Communicate With Official WhatsApp Support
Facebook owned instant messaging app, WhatsApp is on its late stage of building a new feature – WhatsApp In-App Support – that is set to allow users to communicate with official WhatsApp Support using a WhatsApp chat
WABetaInfo, which boasts an impressive track record for WhatsApp leaks by regularly digging into the app’s code to uncover new features has revealed that it has discovered this new feature in the new WhatsApp beta for Android 2.20.202.7 update that is currently under development.
Like all WhatsApp chats, the WhatsApp In-App Support is obviously end-to-end encrypted to offer users privacy.
It is reportedly a verified chat, so the user can verify its authenticity.
Unlike the current “Contact Us” feature available on the settings, the new feature will appear as a contact only accessible when a ticket is opened from WhatsApp Settings, and when the conversation is over, the chat will be automatically closed.
The feature is however under development and it will be available in a future update, WABetaInfo claims.
There is no official announcement date set for the release of this new WhatsApp feature.
WhatsApp is ramping up its support, safety and privacy features to give users the safest best experience.
Some of these new features include; the ‘Disappearing Messages’ feature, ‘Expiring Media’ feature, and a whole of new cool stuff for user experience.
